# Delete your Grupify account

> The Spanish version of this document is the only binding one. Any translation is provided as a courtesy and has no legal effect.

Your Grupify account is the same in Grupify Clubes, Grupify Asistentes and the dashboard. You can delete it from the app or by asking us by email.

## 1. From the app

In Grupify Clubes: tap your photo or initials at the top right to open your Profile, go to «Eliminar mi cuenta» (Delete my account), review what is deleted and confirm. It is deleted right away and cannot be undone.

## 2. Without the app

Write to us from your account email, or with your ID type and number, with the subject «Eliminar mi cuenta». We confirm it is you and delete it within 15 business days at most, as required by Ley 1581 de 2012 (Colombian data protection law). We let you know when it is done.

## 3. What is deleted

- Your sign-in with Apple, Google or email, and the open sessions on your phones.
- Your photo, your settings and your notifications.
- Your logged workouts, your goals and your health data, in all your clubs.

## 4. What is kept

Clubs and event organizers keep what the law requires them to keep: your membership, your payments and their receipts, and your registrations. To have that data deleted, ask the club or organizer, who is responsible for it; if they do not answer, write to us and we will help.
